To make a reservation through us at one of the all-inclusive Palace Resorts,or to ask a question, please:- Email us

General Reservation Information
- All requests for reservations are subject to availability.
- We recommend that you make your reservation through us at
least 75 days prior to your desired vacation date.
- After your check or money order to us in the amount of
$245.00 clears our bank, we will email, fax, or mail you a Travel
Request Acknowledgement Form from Palace Resorts with your reservation
number and payment amount due to Palace Resorts.
- Payment in full to Palace Resorts should be made 60 days
prior to your arrival date. (We don't recommend waiting until
the last minute.) Palace Resorts does not accept deposits, only payment
in full before issuing written confirmation, which will serve as your receipt/proof
of purchase. You will need to take this paperwork with you
and picture ID upon check in at Palace Resorts.
- For our fee of $245.00, we will accept money orders,
personal checks or cashier's checks by mail (allow at least 10 business
days for checks to clear). We can accept major Credit cards (Visa or
Mastercard) through PayPal's secure website. If you
pay us through PayPal,
our fee is $252.50 (instead of $245.00).
- Please note: If you are making credit card payment through
PayPal, allow ample time for account verification .
We will accept credit card payment only from PayPal members with Verified
Status. (Search PayPal's website for the phrase
"verified status.")
- Once your payment to us has cleared our bank, we will put you in touch with our Palace rep, and you will be allowed to use our Palace Premier membership number to pay the remainder of the full amount due to Palace Resorts (8725 NW 18th Terrace, Suite 301, Miami, FL 33172, 1-800-346-8225, fax: 1-305- 539-0464). Palace Resorts will then fax or mail you a confirmation letter which will serve as your receipt/proof of purchase. Please be sure that you take your confirmation letter with you when you check in at the resort.
Cancellation Policy
Our fee of $245.00
or $252.50 (if you pay through PayPal) is non refundable. We recommend that you
reschedule your vacation date rather than cancel. Palace Resorts'
cancellation policy is: you can cancel up to 7 days prior to
your vacation arrival date for a full refund. If you cancel within the
72 hours prior to your vacation arrival date, there is a two night
cancellation fee. We suggest that if you are within 72 hours of your
arrival date that you reschedule rather than cancel so you won't be
charged a cancellation fee by Palace Resorts.
Our Palace Premier
membership allows us to offer you our low membership rate
to any of the
Palace Resorts.
